Getting Started with ReelMind

Save your first Reel in just a few taps

Open Instagram

Find a Reel you want to save and tap the Share icon (paper airplane)

Scroll through the share menu and tap "ReelMind" from your app options

You'll see a "Saved!" message confirming the Reel was added to your library

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data please navigate to Settings -> Delete, we will permanently delete your account and wipe all your data from our servers.
Please try the following steps to resolve common loading or crashing issues:
  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Close the app completely and reopen it.
  3. Check the App Store to ensure you are running the latest version of ReelMind.
  4. Restart your iPhone.
If the issue persists, please email us with details about your device model, iOS version, and what actions caused the crash.
When ReelMind finishes processing a saved Reel, it sends a notification. You can enable or disable these notifications by going to Settings -> Save notifications in the app, or via your iOS device's system notification settings under Settings > Notifications > ReelMind.
On the login screen in the ReelMind app, tap Forgot Password? and enter your registered email address. We will send you a secure link to reset your password.
When you save a Reel, ReelMind automatically analyzes it and sorts it into a category that matches its content — like Entertainment, Education, Lifestyle, and more. You can browse your library by category to easily find what you're looking for. ReelMind uses advanced technology to understand the content and meaning of each Reel, making organization effortless.
After you Save the reel through share sheet, ReelMind begins processing your Reel in the background. Here's what happens:
  1. Audio Analysis: We listen to the audio and create a searchable text transcript.
  2. Category Detection: We understand the Reel's content and automatically assign it to the right category.
  3. Smart Indexing: We create a digital fingerprint of the content so you can search and organize easily.
  4. Notification: You receive a notification when everything is complete (typically 30–90 seconds).
The entire process happens securely on our servers and respects your privacy at every step.
If ReelMind isn't appearing in your Instagram share menu, try these steps:
  1. Click on the share button on instagram and then navigate to the last of the list and click on More button (...) and select the ReelMind app.
  2. Make sure ReelMind is installed: Check your home screen or App Library to confirm the app is installed.
  3. Open ReelMind first: Launch ReelMind at least once to activate the share extension.
  4. Verify you're signed in: The share button only works when you're logged into ReelMind. Check your account status in the app.
  5. Restart Instagram: Close Instagram completely and reopen it.

The exact time depends on several factors:
  • Length of the audio in the Reel
  • Quality and clarity of the audio
  • Your internet connection speed
  • Overall server load

You'll receive a notification as soon as your Reel is ready. Once notified, open ReelMind to see your Reel in its assigned category.
